For businesses switching from Excel-based billing or other accounting software, the same CSV format works — any spreadsheet application can save data in the required format. Businesses currently required to generate e-invoices (those with aggregate turnover exceeding Rs. 5 crore) can use myBillPlease for invoice creation and then register the invoice on the IRP separately. We are actively developing native e-invoicing integration that will handle IRN generation, QR code embedding, and IRP communication directly from the invoice creation flow — eliminating the need for a separate step.

The integration also supports return shipments, COD orders, and bulk shipment creation for businesses processing high volumes. Setup requires a BigShip account — once connected through the integrations settings page, your shipping workflow is fully embedded within myBillPlease.
